User Agreement

Rules for using the iSpy Bot service|

General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the «Agreement») governs the use of the iSpy Bot service, which includes the Telegram bot @ispyware_bot and the website www.ispy.services (the «Service»).

1.2. Any use of the Service — visiting the website, contacting the Telegram bot, topping up the Balance, submitting a check request — constitutes the User's acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree with any provision of the Agreement, the User shall stop using the Service.

1.4. This Agreement is drafted in Russian. The English and Serbian versions are provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Description of the Service

2.1. iSpy Bot is an information service that provides data about mobile devices based on their identifier (IMEI, serial number). The list of services includes iCloud status, Carrier Lock, MDM, BlackList checks, GSX reports and other types of checks listed on the /pricing/ page and in the Telegram bot catalogue.

2.2. The Service provides information about the status and characteristics of devices. The Service does not provide legal opinions and does not act on behalf of manufacturers, network operators or any other third parties.

2.3. Part of the data is obtained by the Service from external sources and APIs; certain services may be provided by the Service on its own.

Account

3.1. A User Account is created automatically upon the first interaction with the Telegram bot. The Account identifier is the User's Telegram ID.

3.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and use the Service in their own name.

3.3. The User is responsible for keeping access to their Telegram account secure. Any actions performed using the Account are deemed to have been performed by the User.

Services

4.1. Free checks are provided up to 3 (three) requests per day per User via the website or Telegram bot.

4.2. Paid services are charged from the User's Balance at the current rate.

4.3. The list of services and their prices are published on the /pricing/ page and in the Telegram bot catalogue. The Service may change the composition of services and prices without prior notice.

4.4. The execution time of a request depends on the type of service and the availability of the sources used and ranges from a few seconds to several hours. No fixed delivery time is guaranteed.

Balance and Payment

5.1. All settlements within the Service are made in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments in any other currency are converted at the payment system's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2. Methods of topping up the Balance:

  • bank cards (RUB, USD, EUR);
  • USDT (TRC-20, TON);
  • other cryptocurrencies and payment methods — subject to prior agreement with the Service.

5.3. Crediting the Balance:

  • for bank card payments — within a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment system;
  • for cryptocurrency payments — after receiving the required network confirmations, typically within 30 minutes;
  • if the Balance has not been credited within 1 hour after a successful charge, the User shall contact @ninja_unlocker attaching proof of payment (receipt, TX-hash).

5.4. A service is deemed rendered at the moment its cost is debited from the Balance and the result of the request is delivered to the User. Responses such as «no data», «source rejected», «device not found» constitute the result of a rendered service; their cost is not refundable.

5.5. The Balance has no expiration date. Unused funds are not deducted for periods of Account inactivity.

Refunds

6.1. A refund of a topped-up Balance on the grounds that the User no longer intends to use the Service is not provided.

6.2. A refund is issued in the following cases:

  • a technical failure of the Service that resulted in a duplicate debit of a service cost from the Balance;
  • an erroneous (duplicate) Balance top-up due to the fault of the payment system or the User;
  • the unavailability of a paid service within 24 hours after debit and the impossibility of providing it.

6.3. To request a refund, the User shall contact @ninja_unlocker indicating Telegram ID, the date and amount of the payment, proof of payment (receipt, TX-hash) and a description of the grounds for the refund. Review takes up to 10 days.

6.4. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the top-up. Payment system fees are deducted.

6.5. Initiating a chargeback procedure without first contacting the Service in accordance with section 6.3 shall be grounds for blocking the Account without refunding the Balance remaining.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

7.1. The following is permitted:

  • use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes;
  • resale of check results to third parties;
  • contacting Service support with questions related to its operation.

7.2. The following is prohibited:

  • use of the Service for unlawful purposes, including for the purpose of concealing devices from their lawful owners;

Payment Security

8.2. Bank card details are processed by a certified payment provider. The Service does not receive or store full card details; only an anonymised transaction identifier is recorded on the Service side, used to match the fact of the top-up.

8.3. Card transactions are confirmed via the 3-D Secure protocol.

8.4. Cryptocurrency payments are made to an address generated individually for each transaction.

Personal Data

9.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

Transfer is permitted only in the following cases: (a) to payment providers — to the extent necessary to perform payment operations; (b) to external device-checking services — in the form of the device identifier being checked, without transferring the User identifier.

9.4. Identifiers of devices being checked (IMEI, serial number) are not personal data of the User and may be stored in anonymised form for analytics and Service-improvement purposes.

9.5. Requests to delete the Account and associated data are sent to @ninja_unlocker.
