iSpy Bot has built-in news and frequently asked questions sections. Both are accessible directly from the main menu.
News
The news section is available via "👤 My profile" → "📰 News". Here you can find bot updates, price changes, new services, and important announcements.

| Service disabled | Notification about a service being suspended or removed |
News is displayed with pagination (5 per page). Each news item may have attached photos and link buttons.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The FAQ section is available via the "📖 FAQ" button in the main menu. It contains answers to the most common questions about using the bot.

Read the answer and return to the list using the "Back" button
Questions are displayed with pagination (3 per page). FAQ content is translated into both interface languages.
