Some services in iSpy Bot are processed manually by an operator (executor). This applies to non-standard requests such as iCloud unlock and similar.

How to Place a Manual Order
The ordering process is the same as usual:

Select a service via "⚙️ Services" (manual services are marked in the catalog)

Enter the IMEI, serial number, or other data

The cost is deducted from your balance and the order is passed to the operator

The operator fulfills the request and sends the result
Manual Order Statuses

| Cancelled | Order cancelled by operator or system |
Order Tracking
You can track the status of a manual order in "🛒 Order history". The bot will send a notification when the status changes. Order details show: status, data, operator comments, and result.
If an order is cancelled, funds are returned to your balance automatically.
