Step-by-step guide to performing a check in iSpy Bot. The entire process takes just a few steps right in Telegram.
Step 1 - Choose a service

Open the main menu and press "⚙️ Services"

Select a category (e.g., iCloud, GSX, Android)

Choose a specific service from the list
The price for your pricing tier is shown next to each service. Categories may contain subcategories.
Step 2 - Enter data
After selecting a service, the bot will ask you to enter the data for the check. The data type depends on the specific service:

Some services may request additional fields (Case Info, PIN and others). The bot will ask you to enter each field one at a time.
Step 3 - Waiting for the result
After submitting the data, the bot deducts the service cost from your balance and sends the request to the provider. You will see the processing status in the chat.

Most checks are completed within seconds, but some services may take up to several minutes. If the result is not ready - the bot will notify you.
Check result
The result arrives directly in the bot chat. The result message includes: service name, entered data, provider response and balance change.
All results are saved in "🛒 Order history". You can return to any result at any time.
If the check failed

Verify the entered data is correct (IMEI, serial number)

Make sure you have sufficient balance

In case of a provider error, funds are returned to the balance automatically
