The balance in iSpy Bot is stored in USD. Funds are charged for each check and automatically refunded in case of provider errors.
How the balance works

How charging works

When submitting a request, the bot verifies that the balance has sufficient funds

The amount is reserved from the balance

On successful check - funds are permanently deducted

On provider error - the reserved amount is returned automatically
For bulk checks, the amount for the entire batch is reserved at once. Refunds are processed individually for each failed request.
Prices and tiers
The final price depends on your pricing tier. A multiplier is applied to the base service price:

Balance in linked accounts
If your account is linked to a master account, all charges and top-ups go through the master's balance. You see and use the master account's balance.
Top-up history
In the "📥 Top Up" → "📋 Topup History" section, the last 20 top-up transactions are displayed with information about the amount, date, status and transaction ID.
