iSpy Bot has two independent concepts: account status (determines whether you can use the bot) and pricing tier (determines service costs).
Account statuses
The status determines whether the bot is available to the user. It is assigned by the administrator.

After /start a new user receives the "Not authorized" status. To activate, contact the administrator @ninja_unlocker and provide your Telegram ID.
Pricing tiers
The tier determines the cost of services. The higher the tier, the lower the prices. The tier is assigned by the administrator when activating the account.

Linked accounts
Multiple Telegram accounts can be linked together. This is convenient for teams and service centers.
