What is GSX

Global Service Exchange — Apple's internal system

GSX (Global Service Exchange) is Apple's closed system accessible only to Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP). It stores a complete database of all Apple devices: from manufacturing date to every service interaction.

Through iSpy Bot you can get a GSX report without direct system access. The report contains key information needed when buying a used device, evaluating for trade-in, or diagnosing at a service center.
