Blacklist

Find out if a device is on the blacklist|

What is Blacklist

IMEI blacklist — a block at the mobile network level

Blacklist is a database of IMEI numbers reported by carriers as stolen, lost, or blocked for other reasons. Databases are maintained by GSMA and national carriers.

When a device is blacklisted, carriers block its IMEI. The SIM card stops working, calls and mobile data become unavailable. This is separate from iCloud lock: a device can be iCloud Clean but Blacklisted, and vice versa.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Blacklist?

IMEI blacklist is a database of devices reported as stolen, lost, or blocked by a carrier. Maintained by GSMA and national carriers. A blacklisted device cannot connect to the mobile network.

Why check a phone against Blacklist?

Buying a Blacklisted device means a phone without service. The SIM card won't work. Blacklist and iCloud Lock are separate checks. A device can be iCloud Clean but blocked on Blacklist.

Can Blacklist be removed?

Sometimes a carrier will remove the block: if the device is found and returned, or if the debt is paid. But in most cases, a theft block is irreversible.

Is the Blacklist check free?

3 free checks per day on the website. In the Telegram bot @ispyware_bot prices depend on the type of check.

Does Blacklist work in all countries?

Blacklist can be local (one country) or international (via GSMA). For a complete picture, check against international databases. Our check covers all available regions.
